1. This offer is jointly provided by (1) Dufry International AG and (2) Radisson Hotel Group (each a “Promoter” and jointly the “Promoters”).
2. To be eligible for this offer, a customer must be a member of the Radisson Rewards Program and hold a valid Club Avolta account (“Eligible Customer”). As per Club Avolta’s Program Terms and Conditions, customers must be at least 18 years old to participate in this offer. In order to verify eligibility for the Offer, the Promoters may require that an Eligible Customer provide proof of age and identity.
3. To collect points, an Eligible Customer must go to their Club Avolta App and link their Radisson Rewards account to their Club Avolta account and then select that linked account as their preferred account. A Radisson Rewards account can only be linked to one Club Avolta account and the holder of the linked accounts must be the same person. Please note that when linking accounts and to collect points, certain data related to you may be shared between Club Avolta and Radisson Rewards.
4. Qualifying Spend is the final price, excluding any applicable taxes, for the purchase of Eligible Goods (see below) at a Participating Club Avolta Store (see below) made by an Eligible Customer who has presented their Club Avolta QR Code for scanning in-store, or has logged into their Club Avolta account via Reserve & Collect when making such purchase.
5. Earn Rate and Limits: The earn rate is 3 points per 1 USD of Qualifying Spend. A maximum of 3,000 points can be collected per transaction. A limit of 5 transactions per day and 30 per month applies, i.e., any transactions in excess of such limits will not constitute a Qualifying Spend. If the purchased goods are returned, the member will not be eligible to collect Radisson Rewards points. In Finland, Sweden, Switzerland, France, Türkiye, Morocco, Tunisia and Ivory Coast, Miles collected will be calculated based on the variable conversion rate of the local currency used, to USD.
6. Participating Club Avolta Outlets (store list): Participating Club Avolta Outlets are Club Avolta Shopping Outlets participating in the offer. Current Participating Club Avolta Outlets are listed in the Radisson Rewards Terms & Conditions section of the Club Avolta App. The Participating stores list can be accessed by selecting the ‘Wallet’ tab then ‘Link Partner account’. Customers should then select ‘Radisson Rewards’ and click on the ‘Program Terms and Conditions’ visible at the bottom of the customer linking page. Avolta may at any time update the list of Participating Club Avolta Outlets with or without notice.
i. In Participating Club Avolta Shopping Outlets, Eligible Customers can collect Radisson Rewards points, when checking out at a physical point of sale operated by staff, or via self-check-out kiosks.
7. Eligible Goods: With the exception of (i) products listed as non-eligible goods below or (ii) products labelled in-store to be excluded or advised as excluded by an Avolta staff member from collecting Radisson Rewards Points, all goods sold at Participating Club Avolta Stores are eligible to collect Radisson Rewards Points.
i. In Finland & Sweden, customers cannot collect points on Alcohol, Tobacco & Medical Products
ii. In Switzerland, France, Morocco, Tunisia, Ivory Coast, Ghana, customers cannot collect points on Tobacco
iii. In Türkiye, customers cannot collect points on Tobacco, Electronics & Chanel.
8. Radisson Rewards Points collected will typically be awarded within 72 hours of a Qualifying Spend.
9. Retrospective claims for Radisson Rewards Points are not possible.
10. Each Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this offer or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice and without any liability. Each Promoter reserves the right to terminate an Eligible Customers participation in this offer and/or to deduct or reverse points collected if they believe such Eligible Customer is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if their use is unauthorised, fraudulent or unlawful.
11. The Promoters and their affiliates, agents or subcontractors will not be liable or accept any liability vis-a-vis an Eligible Customer or other person for any loss or damage or for any personal injury or death arising out of or in connection with this offer, or a persons participation. Mandatory statutory rights, that cannot be excluded, are not affected.
12. This offer shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland and be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Basel, Switzerland. Legal recourse against the Promoters is excluded to the extent permitted.
13. The Promoters decisions regarding any aspect of the offer is final and binding and we will not enter into correspondence with Eligible Customers about it.

Frequently asked questions
To collect Radisson Rewards Points you need to have (i) An account with Radisson Rewards as well as (ii) a Club Avolta account, where members need to be at least 18 years old. In addition, within the Club Avolta App you will then need to link your Radisson Rewards account to your Club Avolta Membership account and select Radisson Rewards as preferred partner, in order to qualify for the offer. You will need to ensure that the email address and membership number you enter when linking your account matches with the membership details registered with Radisson Rewards.
When purchasing eligible goods at participating Club Avolta stores, you need to show your Club Avolta Membership card and have your Club Avolta QR code scanned. Alternatively, you would need to log into your Club Avolta account online via Reserve & Collect, to collect points.
You can collect points by purchasing goods (exceptions see below) at the participating stores operated by Club Avolta in Switzerland & Sweden. For information on participating stores, please refer to the Terms and Conditions.
Certain products or product categories, such as Tobacco, may be excluded from this promotion in certain countries, i.e., you will not collect points when purchasing such goods. Currently, you will collect 3 Radisson Rewards Points per 1 USD spent when purchasing eligible goods at participating Club Avolta stores or online via Reserve & Collect. A maximum of 3,000 points can be collected per transaction and a maximum number of eligible transactions of 5 per day and 30 per month, applies.
Your points will be awarded within 72 hours of completing your qualifying purchase. In order to receive your points, the Radisson Rewards number and email address registered when you linked your account in the Club Avolta App, must match with the details registered in your Radisson Rewards membership profile. Retrospective claims are not possible. If you do not meet any of the requirements listed above, you will not collect Radisson Rewards Points when making a purchase.
