1. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
"Avolta" refers to Dufry International AG or any of its subsidiaries that are authorised to operate this sample activation.
"Entrant" refers to an individual who participates in the sampling activation as defined in these Terms and received a sample delivered to their door
"Sample" refers to the item(s) awarded to the Entrant.
"Promoter" means the entity organizing the Sampling Promotion , being Avolta or any designated representative.
" Sampling Promotion " refers to the promotional campaign run by Avolta under these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Sampling Promotion is a loyalty campaign, exclusive to Club Avolta members and is free to enter. Joining Club Avolta is also free, and no purchase is required to participate. Making a purchase does not improve the chances of winning. The Sampling Promotion is open to all new and existing Club Avolta members, aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, the Avolta Group, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Sampling Promotion, who are residents in the UK or Spain countries, who have received an invitation from Club Avolta to request a sample via email. This offer may be withdrawn at any time. This offer is limited to one per Entrant and is subject to availability.
Participation is by invitation only. Invitations will be issued at random to eligible members of Club Avolta. Participation is subject to the laws of the Entrant’s country of residence. If local laws require prior registration, regulatory approval, or impose other restrictions that would affect the validity of this Sampling Promotion, Entrants from that country shall be deemed ineligible to participate, even if their country is listed above.
3. Club Avolta members can receive a sample by clicking the link in the email sent by Club Avolta. Once the member has clicked the link, they need to register on the sopost registration page to enter their details and receive two samples: one of the new BOSS Bottled Beyond For Her and another one of the BOSS Bottled Beyond For Him delivered to their door, while stocks last.
Entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be valid. Multiple entries made by the same person from various email, social media or other accounts or from the same IP address will not be valid. Only one entry per Club Avolta account is permitted. Any attempts to create multiple accounts or submit entries under different accounts by the same individual will result in disqualification. Avolta reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify any Entrant if an entry is found to be, manipulated, or obtained through any unauthorized methods, including but not limited to hacking or automation software.
4. To be eligible, Entrants must ensure that they complete the form fields with their personal details while stocks last. The information provided must be accurate and match the Entrant’s real identity. Any discrepancies, false information, or failure to update profile details before the end of the Sampling Promotion will result in disqualification. No exceptions or grace periods will be granted after the end of the Sampling Promotion.
5. These Samples are the new BOSS Bottled Beyond For Her and the BOSS Bottled Beyond For Him. Samples are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. A detailed description of the Sample is available upon request by contacting Avolta’s customer support.
6. An Entrant will forfeit the Prize if they fail to meet the eligibility criteria or do not respond within the required timeframe. An Entrant may also be disqualified if they are found to have violated any of these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or failed to comply with the eligibility requirements.
7. This Sampling Promotion is available from 30/09/26 until stocks last.
8. If any of the following occurs: a) an Entrant does not provide their details at the time they win; or b) a sample is rejected or returned undeliverable; or c) an entry is invalid or an Entrant is disqualified or in breach of these terms then the winner’s prize will be forfeited.
9. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Sampling Promotion shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiation between the Entrant and Avolta. If the dispute remains unresolved, it shall be settled exclusively by binding arbitration under the rules of the Swiss Arbitration Centre, held in Zurich, in accordance with Swiss law. Entrants waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits related to the Sampling Promotion.
10. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avolta accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or failure associated with the Sampling Promotion or the Prize. Avolta is not responsible for third-party prize suppliers, indirect losses, or force majeure events.
11. Entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award a prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
12. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to cancel, suspend, amend or waive any of these terms and conditions, to substitute any element of the Sampling Promotion or to suspend or cancel the Sampling Promotion at any stage, in the event of circumstances that are unforeseen or beyond its reasonable control or unavailability of a prize.
13. Personal data supplied during the Sampling Promotion will be processed in accordance with Avolta’s Privacy Policy. By participating, Entrants acknowledge and agree that their personal data may be used as necessary for the administration of the Sampling Promotion and fulfilment of the Prize by Avolta and its third-party service providers. 14. The Sampling Promotion is governed by the Entrant's country of residence. Where no local laws apply, Swiss law will govern.

16. The Parent Company of the Promoter of this Sampling Promotion is Dufry International AG, with registered office at Avolta AG, Brunngasslein 12, CH-4052 Basel Switzerland.
Privacy Policy
The personal data provided will be processed by Dufry International AG, (hereinafter, “AVOLTA”) with office at Avolta AG, Brunngasslein 12, CH-4052 Basel Switzerland with the purpose of managing your participation in the BOSS sampling promotion, if you are selected as a winner, the delivery of the products. AVOLTA is the controller of the personal data which means that it decides why and how your personal data is processed.
The personal data shall be processed for the purposes of managing your participation in the prize draw and will be kept until the prizes are delivered to the winners of the draw. Any personal data provided is done so on a voluntary basis, however if it is not provided, it will not be possible to participate in the prize draw and/or receive a prize.
The lawfulness of the processing of your personal data to manage your participation in the prize draw is our performance of your contract, namely the terms and conditions of the prize draw. We do not perform any decision making by purely automated means.
In addition, the arrangement of the prize to the winner will be managed by Coty so such company will also have access to your personal data for that purpose.
AVOLTA has taken the necessary measures in order to ensure that Coty will only have access to your personal data under the purposes above mentioned, avoiding the processing with unauthorized purposes and requiring the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational security measures.
AVOLTA will not transfer any personal data to other third parties, except when required by any legal obligation or to our service providers e.g. suppliers of IT support or storage services.
The personal data provided to us may be transferred to countries outside the UK and European Economic Area (EEA). By way of example, this may happen where any of the companies in our group are located in a country outside of the UK and EEA or if any of our servers or those of our third party service providers are from time to time located in a country outside of the UK and EEA. These countries may not have similar data protection laws to the UK and so may not protect the use of your personal information to the same standard.
If we transfer your information outside of the UK and EEA in this way, we will take steps to ensure that appropriate security measures are taken with the aim of ensuring that privacy rights continue to be protected as outlined in this policy, including by imposing contractual obligations on the recipient of personal data using provisions formally issued by relevant bodies for this purpose.
