Tier Upgrade for Finnair Plus members
- This offer is jointly provided by (1) Dufry International AG and (2) Finnair PLC (each a “Promoter” and jointly the “Promoters”).
- To be eligible for this offer, a customer must be at least 18 years old, be a loyalty member of the Finnair Plus Program, and register for, or already hold, a valid Club Avolta account (“Eligible Customer”). In order to verify eligibility for the Offer, the Promoters may require that an Eligible Customer provide proof of age and identity.
- This offer cannot be used for friends and family and is available only to Finnair Plus members for their individual use.
- To benefit from Gold status, an Eligible Customer must complete the below steps to sign up/upgrade their existing Club Avolta loyalty status:
a. Finnair Plus members who have not signed up to the Club Avolta loyalty program must click on this link to sign up to the Club Avolta program. This will enable an immediate upgrade to Gold Club Avolta status, which will provide Eligible Customers with a 7% discount on airport shopping. Eligible Customers will also receive 5% off purchases at food & drink outlets (this discount does not change, regardless of a Club Avolta membership status). Eligible Customers can download the Club Avolta App on App Store or Google Play, and benefit from additional partner offers, including the ability to earn and redeem Avios when they link their account to Finnair Plus. b. Eligible Customers who have already signed up to the Club Avolta loyalty program must complete the following steps to upgrade from Silver to Gold status: Open the Club Avolta App, click ‘Account’ and then ‘Promotional code’. Customers must then enter the promotional code and select ‘Apply’. Once completed, this will enable an immediate upgrade to Gold status, if the Eligible Customer has already been registered with the Club Avolta loyalty program, and previously obtained Silver status. The new Gold member status should display immediately for Eligible Customers in the Club Avolta App. - In order for Eligible Customers to benefit from this offer in-store they must scan their Club Avolta QR code at a checkout operated by Club Avolta staff. This QR code can be found under the ‘Wallet’ section of the Club Avolta App or on the webpage when staff first register for the program.
- This tier upgrade offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion. Eligible Customers can only utilise this benefit for full priced items at Club Avolta shopping outlets.
- This ability to upgrade your membership to Gold is available until 6/11/2026 Eligible customers will retain Gold Tier membership for 12 months from the date of registration/ tier upgrade (if the Eligible Customer were previously a Silver member). Thereafter, an Eligible Customer or member must have gained 2,000 membership points within a membership year to retain this status.
