Club Avolta & e-Rewards General Terms & Conditions
- This offer is jointly provided by (1) Dufry International AG (“Dufry”) and (2) Dynata LLC (“e-Rewards”) (each a “Promoter” and jointly the “Promoters”).
- To be eligible for this offer, a customer must be at least 18 years old, be a resident of the UK or Australia, be a member of e-Rewards and hold a valid Club Avolta account (“Eligible Customer”). In order to verify eligibility for the Offer, the Promoters may require that an Eligible Customer provide proof of age and identity.
- To be eligible for the e-Rewards joining offer (Club Avolta Voucher), an Eligible Customer must be:
i. a Club Avolta Member, and a resident of the UK or Australia.
ii. have downloaded the Club Avolta App,
iii. and signed up to e-Rewards as a new member. - Customers must follow the following steps to register as a new e-Rewards member:
I. An Eligible Customer will be directed to the e-Rewards joining page owned and operated by Dynata (the “e-Rewards Webpage”). Eligible Customers must access the e-Rewards Webpage to participate in this offer.
II. On the e-Rewards Webpage, Eligible Customers must enter their Club Avolta membership ID and complete an introductory survey to be eligible for the joining offer.
III. Once a customer has signed up to e-Rewards, the Eligible Customer’s Voucher will be issued to their Club Avolta Wallet, found under the ‘Wallet’, then ‘Vouchers’ section of the Club Avolta App. - The currency that the Voucher is available in, is determined by the customers country of residence, as indicated by the customer.
- Based on a customers country of residence, customers will receive a one-time voucher to spend at their local store: The UK (£5 voucher) or Australia ($5 voucher). A Voucher can only be used at Participating Club Avolta Outlets in the country for which such Voucher was issued. Each country will have its own country specific terms and conditions, including the Participating Club Avolta Outlets in such country.
Voucher issuance:
• The Club Avolta Voucher will be credited to the Eligible Customers Club Avolta digital wallet within 24 hours of the redemption being completed (vouchers can found in the Club Avolta App under ‘Wallet’ and then ‘Vouchers’).
• Once this voucher has been issued, an Eligible Customer must present this voucher in-store when completing a Qualifying Purchase (see ‘Qualifying spend’ and ‘Eligible Goods’ below). - Customers can complete additional surveys on the e-Rewards site, and exchange their e-Rewards points for Vouchers to spend at Club Avolta outlets. Customers will need to:
i. Complete surveys on the e-Rewards website
ii. Visit the e-Rewards Rewards Centre to exchange their e-Rewards points for a Club Avolta Voucher. Each Voucher currency denomination will require the conversion of a certain number of e-Rewards points. The number of e-Rewards points required to be converted for a certain currency denomination is as displayed on the e-Rewards Webpage.
iii. Once customers have completed the redemption process, their Club Avolta Voucher will be issued in the same manner as outlined in point #6 above. - Once e-Rewards points have been converted to a Club Avolta Voucher, the conversion cannot be reversed.
- The e-Rewards Webpage is owned, operated, and maintained solely by Dynata. Dufry exercises no control over the content, functionality, availability, or security of the e-Rewards Webpage. Dufry makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the e-Rewards Webpage, including but not limited to its accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Eligible Customers access and use the e-Rewards Webpage entirely at their own risk.
- By participating in this offer, Eligible Customers acknowledge and agree that certain personal data, including their Club Avolta membership ID, will be shared with Dynata. Dynata’s collection, use, and processing of such personal data is governed solely by Dynata’s privacy policy, which Eligible Customers are encouraged to review prior to participating. Dufry is not responsible for Dynata’s data handling practices, and shall have no liability arising from or in connection with Dynata’s collection, use, storage, or processing of an Eligible Customer’s personal data.
- An Eligible Customer can convert a maximum of 5 Club Avolta Vouchers in a 30-day period.
- Qualifying Spend is the final price, excluding any applicable taxes, for the purchase of Eligible Goods (see below) at a Participating Club Avolta Outlet made by an Eligible Customer who has presented their Voucher for scanning.
- Participating Club Avolta Outlets (store list): Participating Club Avolta Outlets are Club Avolta Shopping outlets participating in the offer. Current Participating Club Avolta Outlets are listed in the e-Rewards Partner Terms & Conditions section of the Club Avolta App. The Participating stores list can be accessed via 2 channels in the Club Avolta App:
i. Clicking ‘Wallet’, then ‘Vouchers’ and locating the e-Rewards Voucher present in the customers digital wallet
ii. Clicking ‘Explore Partners’, selecting ‘e-Rewards’ and clicking on the Terms & Conditions hyperlink.
Avolta may at any time update the list of Participating Club Avolta Outlets with or without notice. In Participating Club Avolta Shopping Outlets, Eligible Customers can use their e-Rewards Voucher when checking out at a physical point of sale operated by staff, or via self-check-out kiosks. - Eligible Goods: With the exception of (i) products listed as non-eligible goods or (ii) products labelled in-store to be excluded or advised as excluded by an Avolta staff member from redeeming a Voucher, all goods sold at Participating Club Avolta Outlets are eligible to redeem e-Rewards Vouchers.
i. In the United Kingdom, at Club Avolta Shopping outlets, customers cannot redeem Club Avolta Vouchers on Tobacco, Medical products, Tag Heuer, The Macallan, Rado.
ii. In Australia, at Club Avolta Shopping outlets, customers cannot redeem Club Avolta vouchers on Tobacco, Electronics, all JB HI FI products. - In Participating Club Avolta Outlets, Eligible Customers can only redeem Vouchers in-store, when checking out at a physical point of sale operated by staff or at self-check-out kiosks.
- Eligible Customers can use a maximum of 3 Club Avolta Vouchers per transaction. The Club Avolta Voucher will apply on the final price, including any applicable taxes.
- The Club Avolta Voucher can be used for the full value or partial redemption.
- Once a Voucher has been redeemed for the full value at Participating Club Avolta Outlets, such Voucher is not reusable.
- e-Rewards points are not redeemable for cash.
- Except as required by applicable law, Club Avolta Vouchers hold no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or cash equivalents. Vouchers may not be sold, assigned, transferred, exchanged, or applied to any other Club Avolta account. Any attempted transfer or disposition in violation of these terms shall be void, and Club Avolta shall have no obligation to honor any Voucher obtained in violation of these terms. The value of a Club Avolta Voucher will not be replaced or credited if the Voucher is lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed for any reason, and Club Avolta assumes no liability in connection therewith. It is the Voucher holder’s sole responsibility to safeguard the Voucher and all information associated with it.
- In case an Eligible Customer returns a product purchased with a Voucher, the Eligible Customer will get the Voucher amount refunded in the Club Avolta App in the Wallet tab as a new Voucher. The new Voucher validity time will match the one of the original Voucher, and the replacement Voucher terms and conditions will match that of the original Voucher.
- Except as required by law, each Voucher will be valid for 24 months from the date of issuance, after which it will automatically expire and be removed from the Club Avolta wallet.
- Once e-Rewards points are converted into a Club Avolta Voucher, the Voucher will be awarded in the Eligible Customer’s Club Avolta wallet, with both e-Rewards and Club Avolta terms and conditions applying. Once e-Rewards points have been converted to a Club Avolta Voucher, this action cannot be reversed.
- Each Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this offer or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice and without any liability. Each Promoter reserves the right to terminate an Eligible Customers participation in this offer and/or to deduct or reverse e-Rewards points redeemed if they believe such Eligible Customer is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if their use is unauthorised, fraudulent or unlawful.

- The Promoters and their affiliates, agents or subcontractors will not be liable or accept any liability vis-a-vis an Eligible Customer or other person for any loss or damage or for any personal injury or death arising out of or in connection with this offer, or a person’s participation, including without limitation any loss, damage, claim, or expense arising out of or in connection with an Eligible Customer’s use of the e-Rewards Webpage, including but not limited to website unavailability, technical errors, data security incidents, unauthorized access to personal data, or survey content hosted on the e-Rewards Webpage. Mandatory statutory rights, that cannot be excluded, are not affected.
- This offer shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland and be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Basel, Switzerland. Legal recourse against the Promoters is excluded to the extent permitted.
- The Promoters decisions regarding any aspect of the offer is final and binding and we will not enter into correspondence with Eligible Customers about it.

Frequently asked questions
To redeem e-Rewards points you need to be at least 18 years old and have (i) An account with e-Rewards as well as (ii) a Club Avolta account. You must also be resident of the UK or Australia.
To participate in the e-Rewards joining offer, you must join e-Rewards using the ‘Join now’ link, which is housed on the e-Rewards website. Once you have joined e-Rewards, you will be issued a digital Voucher in the Club Avolta App under the ‘Wallet’ section.
To collect more e-Rewards points and convert these to Vouchers, complete additional surveys on the e-Rewards website. To redeem e-Rewards points, you must enter your Club Avolta membership ID prior to completing an e-Rewards points redemption on the e-Rewards website. Once your e-Rewards points have been converted to a Club Avolta Voucher, you can access your digital Voucher in the Club Avolta App under the ‘Wallet’ section.
You can access your Voucher within your Club Avolta digital wallet. You must scan your Voucher at a checkout point at Participating Club Avolta Shopping Outlets.
You can redeem your Club Avolta Voucher/s on many products (some exclusions apply) at the Participating Club Avolta Outlets operated by Club Avolta in the United Kingdom or Australia. For information on Participating Club Avolta Outlets, please refer to the Club Avolta App by:
i. Clicking ‘Wallet’, then ‘Vouchers’ and locating the e-Rewards Voucher present in your digital wallet

At Participating Club Avolta Outlets which are Duty Free/ Shopping outlets: Certain products or product categories, such as Tobacco, is excluded from this promotion, i.e., you cannot redeem your Voucher for such products.

Up to 3 Vouchers can be redeemed for a given transaction. For further details, please refer to the Terms & Conditions.
A maximum of 5 Vouchers can be issued in a given month against the redemption of e-Rewards points.
Your Club Avolta Voucher will be issued within 24 hours from the time that you complete your redemption on the e-Rewards website.
