1. Promoter
This Promotion (as set forth below) is organized by Dufry International AG (the “Promoter”) for members of the Club Avolta loyalty program (“Club Avolta Members”).

• The Promotion is open exclusively to registered Club Avolta members aged 18 or older.
• Employees of the Promoter or its subsidiaries may be excluded where required by local law.
• Membership must be valid and active at the time of purchase and at the time of point crediting.
4. Promotion Period
The Promotion will run from 01/05/2026 to 31/05/2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Purchases made outside this period will not qualify for bonus points.

6. Points Awarding
• Bonus Membership Points cannot be redeemed and are solely used to determine a member’s tier in the programme. Upon receiving the Bonus Membership Points, Silver members will be upgraded to the Gold tier as this is achieved with 2,000 membership points.
• A maximum of 2,000 Bonus Membership Points per member may be earned during the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of qualifying purchases.
• Bonus Points will be credited to the member’s Club Avolta account within 48 hours after the eligible purchase.
7. Limitations & Exclusions
• Bonus Points cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotional point offers unless explicitly stated.
• Purchases made in non Participating Locations are excluded.
• Only completed transactions qualify; cancelled or refunded purchases will result in the removal of awarded Bonus Membership Points.
• If fraudulent activity is detected, the Promoter reserves the right to remove points and/or deactivate the member’s loyalty account.
8. Verification
The Promoter may request proof of purchase, identification, or membership information to validate eligibility.
9. Changes & Termination
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time. Any changes will be communicated via official Club Avolta channels.
10. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the Promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, in addition to the Club Avolta Terms and Conditions.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which the qualifying purchase was made (Spain, Greece, or Italy). Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
